Cancellation and refunds

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancel Anytime: You can cancel any service at any time. Just let us know in writing (via email or our contact form) at least 7 business days before your next payment or project milestone, and we’ll take care of the rest. This will ensure you’re not charged for any upcoming cycles or phases.

  • Ongoing Projects: If you decide to cancel an ongoing project, we’ll finish the work that’s been completed up to the cancellation date. You’ll be billed for the work we’ve already done based on our agreed-upon rates, whether hourly or project-based.

  • Contracted Work: If you’re under a contract with us and need to cancel before it’s finished, we may charge a cancellation fee, depending on the terms laid out in the agreement. Any remaining balance will need to be settled at the time of cancellation.

2. Refund Policy

  • Services Rendered: Once we’ve completed a service or started working on a project, we generally don’t offer refunds because the work is already in progress or completed. However, if the service didn’t meet what we originally agreed upon, please reach out to us within 14 days. We’ll review the situation, and if necessary, we can offer a partial refund or figure out another way to make things right.

  • Prepaid Services: If you’ve paid in advance for services that haven’t been provided yet, we’ll refund you, minus any costs for work that’s already been started or materials we’ve prepared for your project.

  • Digital Products: For digital products like eBooks or templates, we’ll provide a refund only if the product is faulty or not as described. If you’re unhappy, just let us know within 7 days of receiving it, and we’ll take care of it.

3. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

To request a cancellation or a refund, simply get in touch with us through email at info@nexotric.com or via our support page on the website. Be sure to include your order number, reason for cancellation, and any other relevant details so we can help you as quickly as possible.

4. Special Cases

In some rare situations—like if we missed the mark on a service or there are extenuating circumstances—we may offer a different solution, such as additional support, revisions, or even a partial refund.
